Introduction:
These are public boards, so are therefore here for the use and enjoyment of ALL visitors.
I'll try to keep my terms as short and to the point as possible, but obviously there a few moral as well as legal issues that need to be covered - and as you will be agreeing to them, it is better that you read and understand just what they are ...

The photo and video boards have been introduced exclusively for the pleasure of consenting adults who enjoy sharing the visual stimulation they create, and that as created and provided by others. If you are not interested in sharing your private photos or videos with others, or viewing the material uploaded by others, please do not use them!

Any person uploading items to these boards will hereafter be referred to as the "uploadee".

Uploads are accepted on the express understanding that the uploadee has read and understood the conditions laid out below and that they agree to comply with them. The uploadee agrees and confirms that, whilst all uploads are monitored prior to posting, neither Bottommarks nor any of it's employees, partners nor representatives accept absolutely any liability whatsoever for postings made by the general public, and that the uploadee indemnifies all parties other than the uploadee themself of any disputes or possible legal issues that may arise as a direct result of their posting.
1. All persons featured MUST be aged 18 years or over:
Irrespective of the local laws in your country regarding issues of adulthood, NO upload made to this board may contain any person or persons who were not at least eighteen years of age at the date that your material was recorded!
2. All Rights Reserved:
BottomMarks.com reserves all rights at all times including, but in no way limited to:
The right to refuse, amend, or delete any listing, without notice or reason, as it deems necessary. The right to suspend or cancel any personal upload code if abuse is suspected. The right to alter, suspend or close all or any of the Reader's Upload boards at any time and without notice should it feel that such drastic action is ever required.
3. Protecting your Personal Upload Code:
In order to upload any item to this board you MUST first enter your unique Personal Upload Code. It is your responsibility to protect this free code and NEVER tell it to others. This is vitally important as ANY upload made with your code will be deemed to have been made by you personally, and as such you will be held responsible for that material as posted.
4. Uploading Material that could be considered as "Severe Spanking":
These boards are available for all degrees of corporal punishment and domestic discipline material provided that it has taken place between consenting adults and it is not considered to be illegal in the country it is being uploaded from.
However, out of respect for my general site visitors (who may just be browsing these boards out of a mild curiosity rather than a keen interest), I ask that all uploadees restrict viewing access to Club Members Only, ANY material they deem in their mind would generally be considered to be "severe" or "extreme" by the majority of viewers. (Material can also be restricted to Club Members if you wish a little more discretion or control over exactly who can, and who cannot, view your uploads).
BottomMarks reserves the right to amend viewing Status from "General" to "Members Only" if it deems it necessary.
5. Commercial Listing are NOT Allowed:
This board is exclusively for private uploads made by members of the general public who wish to share their material freely with others for personal pleasure. It is NOT permitted to seek financial gain from your postings, nor is it permitted to post material with the intent of gaining any commercial advantage, either personally or on behalf of any third party. Any items posted (text or pictorial) that contain email or website addresses, commercial trademarks, logos, etc will NOT be approved.
6. Copyright of Your Material:
As an uploadee, you will be held responsible for any copyright breach that may be disputed for material that you upload, so make sure that you are the rightful owner (and or creator) of said material. You should also obtained permission from any participants featured in your material stating that they willingly consent to you to publishing the material publicly. If there are ever any copyright complaints successfully filed against your material, it may become necessary to remove your upload.
7. Types of Material Permitted:
This is a spanking website, so naturally your material will be expected to follow in a similar theme. These boards have been established to allow members of the general public to upload their own amateur or home-made image and video material. The two main types of material permitted are Spanking and BDSM footage, but BottomMarks may occasionally grant its approval to other adult materials should it be felt to be of "sufficient interest" to our visitors. Both submissive and dominant materials are acceptable.  If you think it suits the board, upload it ... the worst that can happen is that it will get refused.

I do hate to impose any restriction on your uploading pleasures, but I'm sure you'll agree that the above terms are really nothing more than general common sense and morality, essential for ensuring the boards remain open for all to enjoy!
